I honestly think that stretch marks are sexy. FOR REAL. I love them. I love them on both men and women.... I never try to minimize them or hide them. Mine have mostly faded over the years, but they are everywhere... my breasts, my legs, my arms, my back. Three years ago, I sprouted new angry red ones all over my stomach. Those also faded and I love them too..... Some bodies change quickly during puberty. Some bodies gain or lose weight rapidly. Other bodies produce children. Regardless to the reason, countless times, your body has metamorphosed into a new you – and your stretch marks are proof of that. #londonandrews

Health comes in every size. In every shape. Striving for unrealistic standards that go against your genetic makeup will leave you sad, defeated, inadequate, ashamed. Our goals should never be to strive for someone else's life, body or shape. Our goals should be to love ourselves wholly without conditions or standards. #effyourbeautystandards #loveyourbody

Every time I mention my size (320lbs), I’m met with responses of: “You don’t look that big” I know that most people say this as a compliment .... but I do not find my size to be an insult. I suppose the real issue, is that I believe that a lot of men do not know what "plus size" looks like.... What happens most of the time, is that a guy come onto my page, compliments my photos, only to discover a few months later that I am a size 24 and I weigh 3x more than they do. But now it is too late, they already love the images.... so how do they settle this conflict?! “Well she can’t be 320lbs. She must stepped on the scale wrong. Misplaced a number somewhere. She meant 220lbs. Size 14 max.” Do you see why we need to challenge this thought that a size 24, or 32, can’t be worthy of respect but beautiful too? You have to accept what you’ve been taught about size is wrong. You have to accept that I look like a size 24 but so does a woman with a bigger belly than me but smaller boobs. Or someone with bigger arms but a smaller stomach. You have to accept the line for body positivity doesn’t stop at a size 16 or at a 24. There is no size limit on beauty.

How many of you go bra-less? I am so curious! Most of my life I have had a love-hate relationship with bras. Some days they are a necessity (family visits, lingerie shoots, hot summer boob sweat.. gross!) but most of the time, I skip them. I enjoy how most clothing feels on bare skin. I love the way my breasts sound against my ribcage when I run down the stairs, like someone politely clapping for a performance they did not enjoy. I like how unassuming they can be when they are not hoisted to full mast and strapped in. I like carrying around their weight, just like I enjoy carrying around the rest of my body. I certainly do not miss buying $80 bras that look like deep cereal bowls. When I nod vigorously, my boobs nod along in agreement. When I wave at someone in a crowd, they wave with me. As I move through life, there is always a part of me that is dancing. 💕💕

Been having a hard week. If you follow our sanctuary page @onalaskafarmsanctuary , you know that we lost Luna this week. The days are getting darker in the PNW and we are working endlessly on trying to winterize the barn and the stalls before the rain starts. Every night I go to bed, stressing about how much work needs to be accomplished. How do you cope with the darker days? I have been spending a lot more time next to my fireplace.

"Everything changes when you begin to love yourself. You no longer send out energy of desperation or need the to be filled by the outside You become a powerful source within yourself that attracts better. The more you love who you are, the less you seek validation and approval."

Thanks for supporting all the curvy ladies today! I get superrrrrr tired of posting myself all the time and it is nice to support other women in the industry, especially when so many girls are being censored by social media (many of their accounts have been have been frozen for months).... I remember when social media was so simple. You stayed within the rules, you posted something and that post went to everyone that follows you (which is how it SHOULD work). But it doesn't anymore. Shadowbanning is real. Censorship is real. The algorithm is real. Thank you for supporting those who's accounts are being silenced. They appreciate it!! 💕💕

I read something today that said, “there’s a difference between being happy, and being distracted from sadness.” - As the days get shorter and grayer.. we lose some of those “distractions from sadness”. Adventures, sunshine, free time, picnics, walks, flowers, porch swings, farmers markets.. all sorts of things. - I think when the seasons change, our inner light beckons us to take great care and thought into the shape our souls are in. This photograph was taken on one of the rare sunny days of October. I think about how much has changed in 2020, and I hope to embrace this season where a few of my favorite things are dusted off and I can get a clearer view through the soul window. #effyourbeautystandards
