The leaves are starting to change here in Indiana. They go from a vibrant green to an array or reds, yellows, oranges, and browns. I love the colors of fall. I love the cooler weather, the earlier nights, the bonfires, the sweatshirts, and a good walk outside. This year though I’m looking at it a little differently.

In life God changes us slowly, he takeA us down paths that may seem to strip us apart and make us feel “empty” but in due time we can be refilled with what he has planned. The Bible talks about him pruning us. This isn’t an easy process.

I don’t know about anybody else but I personally need God every.single.day of my life!

It is an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to share this incredible interview with all of you. Dan opens up to us about his transformation with yoga, his IED in 2004 in Iraq, his connection to finding himself again and the awakening that transformed and shifted his new mission in life.
He playful addresses being a father and grandfather, as well as how yoga and mindfulness practices have deepened his relationships. Dan offers his heartfelt words to be ok with being vulnerable, crying, and showing emotion. It is what makes you who you are.
